Spa Policy & Etiquette

Price Policy:

For our service prices, please refer to our pricelist page. Additional charges apply for add-on services such as length, shape, design, and repairs. If you wish to change your polish color after your technician has finished, an additional fee will be applied. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Services:

At Venetian North Miami, we take pride in the quality of our work and are committed to delivering beautiful results. However, as a small business, we must have a policy in place to ensure our sustainability. No refunds are provided for services. Regular polish services are not guaranteed or covered for longevity, chipping, or wear. Due to the nature of traditional polish, we cannot provide refunds or complimentary touch-ups if chipping or fading occurs after the service. Full-set nail enhancements and gel polish manicures are guaranteed for 5 business days, excluding breakages. Repairs for chipping or lifting within the first 5 days are free, while repairs after 5 days incur a charge. Any issues need to be reported within the window of guarantee. To prolong the life of your polish, please avoid excessive water exposure. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.

Late Arrivals:

Customers with appointments who arrive more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling; please call to let front desk know you are running behind and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Right to Refuse:

We may refuse service for health issues, withheld information, inappropriate behavior, or intoxication.

Cell Phones:

Silence phones for a serene atmosphere.

Health Conditions:

Inform us of health conditions, allergies, injuries, or special needs when booking.

Smoking/Vaping:

Smoke-free facility; smoking/vaping not permitted inside.

​

Pets:

Service animals allowed in the salon area on a leash. No other pets/animals allowed in the Spa area for sanitary reasons.

Wi-Fi:

Wi-Fi available; ask reception staff for access details.
